Recognized for impeccable organization on an iconic course managed by the US Marines in Arlington, VA and the nation’s capital, the Marine Corps Marathon is one of the largest marathons in the US and the world. Known as ‘the best marathon for beginners,’ the MCM is the largest marathon in the world that doesn’t offer prize money, earning its nickname, “The People’s Marathon.” The weekend also offers the Virtual MCM10K and Virtual MCM50K.

Packet Pick-up for the Marine Corps 17.75K will be at Full Distance Brewing, 650 Corporate Drive, Stafford, Va. 22554, on the following dates and times:

Thursday, March 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Runners are highly encouraged to pick up their own materials and verify personal information.

For runners unable to attend Packet Pick-up, proxy pick-up is an available option. Runners may designate an individual to obtain their bib and event materials. The individual picking up the bib for a registered runner must present a hard copy of the completed e-Card with a copy of the runner’s photo ID, as well as a copy of his/her ID. Please be sure to obtain the runner’s preferred shirt size. e-Cards are emailed to the registered runner before the event. Parents may sign waiver and retrieve packets for their children under 18 years of age.

Race day pick up should be an absolute last resort. If you must pick up on that day, please plan accordingly and allow ample time to park, ride the shuttle, pick up your packet and get ready for the start of the Marine Corps 17.75K at 8 a.m. The Information Tent will be open as early as 6:00 a.m. on event morning. Please note that there is no proxy pick up on event morning.

There will be four self-serve water points along the course, at approximately the miles listed below:

WP 1/5 (Double Water Point): Located at the intersection of Burma Road and Scenic Drive, at approximately miles 1 and 9.
WP 2: Located at Lot G, at approximately mile 4.
WP 3: Located at Lot I, at approximately mile 6.
WP 4: Placed at approximately mile 8.
