Corsa unica sull'altipiano più grande d'Europa
La corsa torna protagonista sull'altipiano più grande d'Europa: la 10a Mezza Maratona Alpe di Siusi, dedicata agli appassionati della corsa in altitudine, prende il via il 2 luglio 2023 su un percorso di 21 km, con 600 metri di dislivello. La gara con partenza e arrivo a Compaccio inizierà alle ore 9.00. Nel cuore delle Dolomiti, Patrimonio mondiale UNESCO, la Mezza Maratona Alpe di Siusi offre un'esperienza unica con viste spettacolari.
Il numero di partecipanti è limitato a 700.
Il percorso è stato ufficialmente misurato dalla Federazione Italiana Di Atletica Leggera (FIDAL) con 21,097 km. I primi 3 km del percorso sono asfaltati, il resto della mezza maratona va su sentieri sterrati e strade forestali non asfaltati. Partenza a 1800 m - 601 m di dislivello – punto più alto del percorso 2050 m.
I punti di ristoro con acqua, bibite isotoniche, banane etc. si trovano circa ogni 5 km. Il percorso è segnato con frecce e tabelle ben visibili. Ogni singolo chilometro è indicato da una tabella. Ad ogni incrocio c‘è un posto di controllo.
