Trail di Km 42 (D+1700m), Km 23 (D+1100m) e Km 12 (D+500m). Partenza ore 08:00 (Km 42) e ore 09:30 (Km 23 e 12) da Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi
Le manifestazioni competitive MONTE SPORNO TRAIL sono:
ECOMARATONA ( circa 42km e 1.700 mt di dislivello )
LONG TRAIL ( circa 23 km e 1.100 mt di dislivello)
SHORT TRAIL (di circa 12km e 500 mt di dislivello)
Le gare si svolgono sulle colline a ridosso della Capitale del Prosciutto, percorrendo carraie, strade forestali e sentieri single track attraversando alcuni tratti di strada asfaltata.
I percorsi saranno segnalati da frecce colorate ( verde ECOMARATONA, arancio LONG TRAIL e azzurra SHORT TRAIL).
Nel percorso ci saranno anche segni fatti con marcatori forestali degli stessi colori assegnati alla singola distanza. Lungo il tracciato ci saranno dei posti di controllo e ristoro dove gli addetti al percorso saranno in contatto telefonico con il punto di assistenza per ogni evenienza. In caso di maltempo l’organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di modificare e ridurre i percorsi a proprio piacimento per garantire la maggior sicurezza degli atleti partecipanti.

How to apply and entry fee:
Sono ammessi a partecipare tutti gli atleti maggiorenni di ambo i sessi in possesso di tessera podismo e certificato medico d’idoneità sportiva agonistica in corso di validità e suddivise nelle seguenti categorie:
18/35 , 36/50 , 51 oltre sia maschile che femminile.
Il certificato medico deve essere TASSIVAMENTE allegato al modulo d’iscrizione o presentato in copia al momento del ritiro pettorale.
E’ requisito indispensabile l’essere pienamente cosciente della lunghezza e della difficoltà della prova ed essere allenati per affrontarla. Saranno presenti sul percorso diversi punti acqua come ristori organizzati oltre a fontale naturali, si consiglia comunque di munirsi di borracce o altro in particolar modo per le due distanze più lunghe.

Award Description:
Composto da capo tecnico, prodotti alimentari e buoni sconto.
La consegna avverrà prima della gara al punto iscrizioni, per ritirarlo il concorrente dovrà mostrare agli addetti il proprio pettorale.
Pacco gara garantito ai primi 500 iscritti ( 150 ecomaratona 175 long trail 175 short trail ).
Le premiazioni saranno effettuate a Langhirano presso centro sportivo S. Pertini in via Berlinguer al termine della competizione.

Pertini sarà allestita una tenso-struttura denominata “ Palasalamino “ gestito da volontari della Asdb Langhiranese calcio dove sarà possibile sfruttare il buon compreso nell’iscrizione composto da panino al prosciutto + bibita, a pagamento inoltre sarà possibile pranzare con prodotti tipici del territorio ( menù disponibile sui nostri social 15 gg prima della gara)
