La Chianti Classico Marathon, giunta alla quarta edizione del nuovo secolo, torna a scaldare i cuori degli appassionati di corsa e delle bellezze del nostro paese. Sfondo della competizione – che si svolgerà per la maggior parte su sterrato, lungo vigna e tra i boschi – è uno dei paesaggi più belli d’Italia: la zona del Chianti Classico fiorentino. Morbide colline circondate da storia e passione.
Tra le meraviglie che percorreremo durante il tragitto le nuove Cantine Antinori, l’antica Abbazia di Badia a Passignano, lo stupendo centro storico di Greve in Chianti, il medioevale borgo di Montefioralle, arroccato sulla collina, il Castello di Verrazzano e il Castello di Gabbiano. Un tuffo nel passato, nel presente e… nel futuro.
La quarta edizione della Chianti Classico Marathon si svolgerà domenica 5 giugno 2022. Saranno 3 i meravigliosi percorsi attraverso le colline del Chianti: ULTRA TRAIL di 45,6 km, TRAIL di 21 km, Nordic Walking di 11 km.
