I pettorali possono essere ritirati esclusivamente il giorno della gara dalle ore 7:30 alle 8;45 presso il punto di ritrovo.
I pettorali con numeri rossi danno diritto al ritiro del pacco gara il giorno della manifestazione.
Award Description:
Confezione natalizia ai primi 600 iscritti a una qualsiasi delle attività previste.
Gli aventi diritto a ricevere il pacco gara saranno contraddistinti da un pettorale con numeri rossi. Il ritiro può essere effettuato esclusivamente il giorno della manifestazione dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 11:30.
La consegna del pacco gara sarà effettuata esclusivamente previa presentazione del pettorale con numero rosso, che dovrà essere “annullato” da apposita segnatura da parte dell’Organizzazione.
Gli aventi diritto a ricevere il pacco gara che non si presenteranno il giorno della gara o che per qualsiasi motivo non consegneranno il pettorale agli addetti Aics, decadranno dal diritto di ritirare il pacco gara e non potranno vantare alcuna pretesa nei confronti dell’Organizzazione.
I pacchi gara non ritirati nei termini sopra indicati, non potranno essere reclamati per alcun motivo.
L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di aumentare il numero di pacchi gara previsto.
